Privacy policy
We keep this simple. The only personal details we hold are the ones you send us to order a box or ask a question.
Who we are
Parade Fruiterers, a greengrocer at 7 St John's Parade, Mattock Lane, West Ealing W13 9LL. Contact: 020 8567 0624.
What we collect and why
When you use the order or contact forms, message us or call us, we receive the details you choose to send (name, phone number, email, delivery address and your order or message). We use them only to reply, confirm and deliver what you ask for. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the shop.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to us through a transactional email service and a copy is stored securely for up to 12 months so an order is never lost. WhatsApp messages are held on our phone. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. On preview versions of the site a small script records that a page was opened so we know the design was viewed; it does not identify you by name.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by contacting us on 020 8567 0624. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
